Warranty Information

  1. If you have questions regarding a possible manufacturer warranty claim with your item purchased at Furniture By Sleep Quarters, you can contact customer service by phone or Email.
  2. When purchasing a mattress we recommend you take advantage of our mattress pad which guarantees your warranty will be in effect for the life of the mattress warranty. Our mattress pads provide you the comfort knowing if something is spilt on the bed and cannot be cleaned and stains removed your warranty will still be valid if ever needed to use. All mattress warranties are invalid if the mattress is not free of any stains.

Refunds | Returns | Comfort Exchange

Refunds

  1. Furniture By Sleep Quarters has a standard 3 day cancellation from day of purchase with full refund or store credit if items have not been picked up or delivered.
  2. If cancelled after 3 days from purchase there will be a 20% restocking fee if you choose a refund.
  3. If you choose to cancel after 3 days from purchase and select a store credit we will not charge the 20% restocking fee and you will have the ability to use the total amount towards the purchase of something else within our stores.
  4. If partial items purchased have been delivered or picked up, items not received will have the same procedure as 1-3 descriptions.
  5. If you have purchased items on clearance and choose to cancel after the purchase of those items we offer a full store credit.
  6. Refunds do not apply to mattress pads, pillows after they have been picked up and if your items have been delivered or has been scheduled for delivery.

Returns

  1. If items are being delivered and not accepted after a three day time from purchase you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be refunded the delivery fee.
  2. If items are in unacceptable condition at time your items are being delivered, Furniture By Sleep Quarters offer trained delivery which will try and resolve any issue before completion of your delivery. When items are not in acceptable condition and items are being brought back, if this situation takes place you are not responsible for any additional charges and we then will re-deliver another piece in stock or re-deliver an ordered piece at the time it arrives. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Furniture By Sleep Quarters.
  3. If you have picked up your items and they are in unacceptable condition you are responsible for bringing them back in the same package. We do not come out to pick up if you have chosen to pick up yourself. If you choose to have picked up you will be charged a delivery fee which will cover both pick up and re-delivery of your replacement item or items.


Comfort Exchange

Comfort exchange applies to certain mattresses we sell. If you have purchased one of these mattresses and will be using your comfort exchange this is not a warranty issue and if you had delivered you will be responsible for another delivery fee. Comfort exchange applies to your mattress, not the box foundation or adjustable bed. With your comfort exchange you will have the opportunity to apply the price of your mattress to the reselection of another mattress of equal value. If you choose to upgrade you will be responsible to pay for the difference between the two mattresses. Your comfort in sleep is extremely important to us and we will work with you to find the best feel for you.

Delivery

  1. When you are having items delivered you are responsible for having the place where your items will be going to be clear of any other furniture. We do not remove electronics or furniture which may be in the place your items will be going in the house. If doors or door frames need to be removed to get your item in the house you are responsible to have removed before delivery has arrived.
  2. If you have had your item or items delivered and there is a warranty issue with your items you will not be penalized for this situation. We provide service and re-delivery of those items if necessary at no cost to you.
  3. If you have picked up your items and there is a warranty issue you are responsible to bring back to the Furniture By Sleep Quarters warehouse to be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers policy. If you choose to have us come out to resolve the situation you will be charged a delivery fee.
